Deepen your grasp of the character of the God we worship.
What kind of God is this - being confronted by the holiness of God
This is a 7 minute excerpt from Gilbert Lennox's teaching on Leviticus 10, where we are confronted in dramatic and unmissable terms with the significance of the holiness of God. In a passage that tends to sit very uncomfortably with modern ears, we'll be hit full force with the uncompromising holiness of God towards those who presume to tell him how things will be. We'll also be reminded that the New Testament now calls all believers priests, and we'll be challenged to reflect God's holiness to others as we worship and serve him.

The Great Cat on a leash
Half-hearted worship is a natural consequence of an impoverished view of the holiness of God, a failure to grasp the horror of our rebellion against him and an over-inflated view of our ability to sort this problem out ourselves. This short extract from Gilbert Lennox's series on
Leviticus challenges us to have a biblical view on God and ourselves, a view that more naturally leads to heart-felt adoration of and gratitude towards the God who saves us.

Jesus Christ - the fulfilment of the sin offering
The cross stands central to any acceptable worship. It's because of what Jesus achieved for us there that we even get to come anywhere near God, never mind being invited to come boldly to the throne of grace. In this talk, Gilbert teaches about the sin offering from Leviticus and how it points to Christ and his greater work on our behalf. Come again to the centre of our faith and be reminded of the seriousness of our sin and the riches Christ's provision for us. Outline notes are available to accompany the talk.
